How are prices calculated?
Prices depend on the space and booking duration. Flex, meeting rooms and Creator Studio are billed for each started hour. For longer bookings, the lower daily price is applied automatically. The event space has a half-day or full-day price depending on duration.
When can I book online?
Flex, meeting rooms and Creator Studio can be booked online from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00. A booking lasts at least one hour and can be planned up to 90 days in advance. The event space is available on request only.
What happens after I check availability?
If your preferred time is free, you can reserve it for 30 minutes and complete your booking at your own pace. The binding total price is shown before payment.
