Who we are
MBU stands for Modern Business Units: in Bielefeld we develop flexible space concepts for working, living, meeting and events. LOFT45 is one of these projects.
MBU GmbHThe company
MBU GmbH brings together real estate, design and usage concepts to create places that do more than provide space: they enable productive work, exchange and community.
LOFT45Our coworking space
LOFT45 is a coworking and creative space at Paulusstraße 45A in Bielefeld. In a historic rear building of former offices and production rooms, it offers flexible workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, a creator studio, event spaces and business addresses. LOFT45 is where the MBU idea becomes tangible: modern spaces for people who want to work, found a company, network, produce or hold events.
